Before you can make an online booking, you must have registered your details and created an account

How to register and create your account

  • Select register, this will take you to the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT page
  • Specify a User name to use when you log on to your account. This will need to be a minimum of six characters.
  • Specify and confirm your email address. This will replace any email address that we hold for you.
  • Specify your Membership Card number.
  • Choose a Security question.
  • Specify your Security question answer.
  • Select register
  • If your registration is successful, you will receive an activation email.
  • Select the activation link in your email.
  • You will be taken to the ACCOUNT ACTIVATION page.
  • Your User name will already be populated.
  • Answer the Security question.
  • Specify and confirm your Password.
  • Select activate.
  • Your account is now active and you can start to make online bookings.

How to make an online booking

You can book your chosen classes up to 7 days in advance.

  • You can book a Group Exercise Class.
  • From within the Search panel, select Classes.
  • Select a Site.
  • Select a Class.
  • Select the Date for your chosen Class.
  • Select the From time. Select the nearest hour for your class, it will then show the correct time of the class once searched e.g. 10:15 or 10:30am
  • Select the To time. Select the nearest hour and the search will then show the class at the correct time.
  • Select the Duration of your chosen Class.
  • Select search.
  • Add your activity or class to your basket by selecting the corresponding basket icon.
  • You can add multiple class bookings yourself by using the search menu again. This will summarise the bookings you wish to make in the middle of the screen.
  • When you are finished with your class bookings select checkout.
  • Then to finally confirm select Make bookings.
  • To print a copy of your booking confirmation, select Print receipt.

How to cancel an online booking

When you are logged into your account

  • Go to the Account History tab (2nd tab).
  • Below, click the site where your class is taking place.
  • You will see a list of the activities you have booked
  • Next to each class booking is a small red box with a cross in it.
  • Click on this box to cancel your booking.
  • Your booking is now removed from our session register.

Frequently asked questions

I can select the class that I want, but why is the time that I want not listed?

If your preferred time is not listed in your search results, then your chosen class is unavailable for that time.

Can I see the bookings that I have made?

Yes, select Account Historyand you will be able to see all of your bookings.

Is there a limit to the number of bookings that I can make?

You can make up to 14 online bookings in any 7 day period
