Help for online bookings

Registering: create a new account

To register, you will need to have a valid key card – either as an annual or monthly member, or as a standard, status or concession key card holder.

  1. Select register, this will take you to the create a new account page.
  2. Specify a user name to use when you log on to your account. This will need to be a minimum of six characters.
  3. Specify and confirm your email address. This should be the email address that is linked to your onsite membership.
  4. Specify your membership card number and postcode. Again these should be the same as the details held on your membership.
  5. Choose a security question (this is not your password).
  6. Specify your security question answer.
  7. Select register
  8. If your registration is successful, you will receive an activation email.
  9. Select the activation link in your email.
  10. You will be taken to the account activation page.
  11. Your user name will already be populated.
  12. Answer the security question.
  13. Specify and confirm your password.
  14. Select activate.
  15. Your account is now active and you can start to make online bookings.

Frequently asked questions

  • I can select the class that I want, but why is the time that I want not listed?
  • If your preferred time is not listed in your search results, then your chosen class is unavailable for that time.

  • Can I see the bookings that I have made?
  • Yes, select account history and you will be able to see all of the bookings that you have made online. In person bookings will not show online.

  • Can I cancel a booking?
  • Only registered members with zero value bookings, completed on this site can cancel a booked session. When logged in, click on ‘Account History’. Choose ‘All’. In the list of activities, click on the red X on the class to be cancelled. Please refer to our terms and conditions section for further details on cancellation of classes.

  • I’ve forgotten my password/username what do I do?
  • Click on the links on the homepage. Password: You will be emailed a reactivation link which asks your security question and allows you to set a new password.

  • Why can’t I register?
  • Check you have used your key card number – it may not be the same as your original key card number where cards have been replaced over time. Your email should be the same as registered to your key card details. Your username must be unique. Please telephone 01483 743120 for further help.

  • I've booked an activity online, what do I need to do now?
  • Bring your key card along to reception when you come for your activity. You must pay (where applicable) or be marked as attending before you participate. This can be either at reception or the kiosks.

  • When I made my booking online a charge appeared for the activity?
  • Any activity that is included in your monthly (Direct Debit) or annual membership should be £0.00, but if there is charge you’re not expecting please call Woking Leisure Centre on 01483 771122 or Woking Sportsbox on 01483 730965.

  • Are all activities now available online?
  • No. We have chosen the most popular activities to start with, but will be adding other online activities as we develop the system. Ticketed activities such as gym and swimming are not available to purchase in advance

  • I want to book an activity but it isn't showing online?
  • The activity may not be available online, be already fully booked or with 60 minutes of the activity start time. Please telephone reception on 01483 771122 for updated information.

  • How far in advance can I book?
  • Like in-person transactions booking is available 7 days in advance for activities and classes. starting at 8am each morning. Courses are available to book up to 90 days ahead.

  • What if I book an activity online but don't turn up, or I need to cancel at the last minute?
  • If you don’t attend a booked activity you will be charged for the cost of the activity plus an administration fee – please check in at reception or a kiosk when you arrive at site. To help ensure that everyone has fair access to activities bookings should be cancelled at least 48 hours before they are due to take place.

  • Can I book online 24 hours a day?
  • Yes. The changeover time is 8am when the online bookings for 7 days ahead become available.

  • Can I book an activity for another key card holder?
  • No. The discounts and permitted activities associated with a key card are only valid for the actual key card holder. Booking for another card holder or non-member may result in the removal of your online account. Please note: Parents and guardians should register and book online activities for their children using the child’s own key card.

  • I have some more questions about online bookings - who should I ask?
